Our staff confirm the details and register the parcel under your business, adding a photo when needed. We give it a Pick-Up Point code and store it safely until your customer arrives.

04 / Your customer decides

Your customer checks it at Pick-Up Point. 

Our staff present the sealed parcel. Your customer accepts or rejects it, and we record the outcome. Prepaid parcels are handed over. For COD parcels, we collect the full amount for you before handover.
